Thursday Spin class was held with a tough workout.  After a warm-up and ramp up, we did a 30 minute segment at 85% effort.  That type of effort is very tough and will definitely build strength.

Saturday ride will be @ 1 PM due to the bad weather Friday and cold temps Saturday morning.
