Today turned out to be huge in respects to the turnout of riders from all over. The weather was just right and the 10AM start time proved to be perfect for the warm factor.
Estimations put the total turnout to be at the 180+ mark which is a huge gain compared to last years 125.
Hats off to everyone who came out to support the Tugaloo Corridor Foundation and the historical site Travelers Rest which is in danger of being closed due to the economic shift in today's economy.
Thanks to Joe Elam from Habersham Bicycles for providing light technical support for riders today before he set out for the ride himself.
Thanks to all of those from the NGTC School of Massage Therapy too. Wow did that feel good!
We'll be out next year for the Tour de Tugaloo!
