We're off with a bang this year and those that were on the trainers during the off season are showing there stuff out of the gate. Here's what we're doing currently:
Tuesdays, 20 miles, flat, 18+ mph pace.
Thursdays, 20 miles, hills, 17 mph pace. (LOVE THIS RIDE!)
Saturdays, 50+, flat & hills, 15-16 mph pace.
Once the daylight is staying around longer we'll amp our Thursday rides to 30 miles.
