2011 Riding Season has begun!

2011 Riding Season has begun!

We're off spinning this year and those that were on the trainers at home and at the Y during the off season are showing there stuff out of the gate. Here's what we're doing currently:

Tuesdays 6 pm, 20 miles, flat, 18+ mph pace.
Thursdays 6 pm, 20 miles, hills, 17 mph pace. It's a little hilly
Saturdays 9:30 am, 50+, flat & hills, 15-16 mph pace.
